EquipmentBuy Shipping Policy

EquipmentBuy strives to offer you the best price we can. In order to offer the lowest prices in the market to our customers, we offer free shipping on a select group of items. Free shipping items will be clearly marked in our online store.

  Shipping Methods & Charges

  • EquipmentBuy ships the majority of our products via UPS and USPS. For certain large and heavy items, a common carrier freight service is used. Items to be shipped by common carriers will be marked.
  • Common carrier freight lines are used for items that are oversized, weigh over 150 pounds, or are too fragile to ship by air. Shipping delivers items curbside, it does not include installation services for large equipment nor does it include delivery within your facility. If your order requires special handling such as lift gate or inside delivery please tell us before placing your order. 

  Delivery Time

  • In order for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse staff strives to have orders processed and ready to ship within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., EST). Most products ship out of our California warehouse. UPS and USPS delivery time varies from one to seven days according to different shipping options. Common carrier deliveries range from 1 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin.

  Receiving Instructions

  • Our warehouse gives great attention to packaging every order for shipment. Unfortunately, damage does occur occasionally during transit and we must go to the carrier company to receive reimbursement for these damages. By signing the delivery receipt you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the bill of lading, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages.
  • You are responsible for inspecting all of the packages and the equipment/products inside of the packaging at the time of delivery. As the recipient, you may spend as much time as necessary to uncrate or remove packaging to ensure the product is in acceptable condition. If you decide to wait to inspect the packaging or unpack any of the items in the shipment after the driver has left, you will be responsible for any damages that are either in plain sight on the outside of the packaging, or if there are concealed damages that are not obvious until you unpack the items. 

 

EquipmentBuy Return Policy

At EquipmentBuy, we are committed to 100% customer product satisfaction. But if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.

  • To verify your return requests, please contact Return Service at admin@equipmentbuy.com
  • We will create a return authorization for you and send you an e-mail with instructions on how to complete the return.
  • All requested returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), credit will be refunded back to your credit card.

We’re sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs and need to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee due to our extremely low price. When a return occurs, there are a lot of associated costs. We don’t’ believe passing the return costs onto higher prices of every product is fair, just as our competitors do, since not every product will be returned. So we’ll choose the most reasonable methods to save your every cent of purchase money.

 

EquipmentBuy Privacy Policy

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the [CLIENT NAME] website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.
